My opinion is that only those who don’t like what scripture says seek to fracture their perception of Jesus from His authoritative written Word. (Of course, who can question my opinion – there is no higher standard!) Seriously, though, I would rather shatter my sensibilities against the rock of God’s Word than subvert Christ to your subjective, postmodern, existential angst.
