We call it PARANOIA! People are afraid to confront those in leadership for FEAR of losing their jobs or their own position. So, we just let it go on! In fact, many don’t pray about it either. It’ really time to buck up and let the chips fall where they will. If we don’t hold people accountable, we’ll pay the piper later. And we’ll continue to suffer in the present!
